By combining a robust, smart, integrated budgeting and scheduling tool with a vendor engagement platform, brides and grooms will benefit from increased transparency and control. Sidestepping an industry we believe is ripe for massive adoption and therefore disruption.

Timeless - A Mobile App for Alzheimer's Patients. Have you seen the movie “Alice”? Have you ever experienced the difficulties Alzheimer's patients face as a result of memory loss? Timeless is a first-of-its-kind, easy to use mobile app for Alzheimer’s patients to remember events, stay engaged & connected with friends and family, and to recognize people through AI-based facial recognition technology. Timeless helps with all the different aspects of Alzheimer's patients' lives in a single tool and empowers them to live better daily lives!

30th of January 2016 was official kick-off meeting between me and two amazing co-founders: Kate and Christina. They had a vision for a new approach in wedding planning. It was meant to be an iOS App. It triggered a set of question from me to them that paints the picture of what they wanted. Who is usually the initiator of the wedding preparation: he or she? male or female?  Who is dealing with all of it the most? How does the budgeting tool look like now? What are the main steps budgeting?

Early-onset Alzheimer's is an uncommon form of dementia that strikes people younger than age 65. Of all the people who have Alzheimer's disease, about 5percent develop symptoms before age 65.  That is why I've developed two sets of a palette - "Normal" and "Intentional" with darker colors and better contrast.

The brand palette is very critical for every brand. Color is just like language - it sends the message. It has to be gender neutral. A wedding is an intimate and a very important event in people's life. It does not matter whether it's between man & man, or woman & woman, or woman and man. It's time to embrace this fact on all levels - color, imagery, voice & tone...

ACCESSIBILITY OPTIMIZED PALLETTE

Intentional palette to elevate color and contrast within the app. Bigger body copy and higher color contrast that's above 3.0 to make sure people with impaired vision are not affected.

VISUAL STRATEGY

Visually it's important to have the design that is obvious to the patient. If it's a button - it should be prominent and invite to tap. If it's an icon its lines should be thick enough. The color gradient and icon colors work toward that.

The main shift that differentiates this app from other is that EngagedApp is with you on day 1. You get to scratch, change, update anything! It has a notepad and doodly style that is so inviting to explore, imagine, try, discover, share, enjoy!
